2008 Annual Benefits Fair and Trade Show
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS IN TRANSITION:
Changes in Health Care, Retirement, and the Political Landscape
Most employers have come to consider benefits as "needed to play" in the employment game, striving to provide competitive levels of financial protection in both the health care and retirement arenas. Benefits professionals know that this is easier said than done,
especially when the rules of the game are changing ‹ as they are now.
Cost control is a growing backdrop in every organization. New benefit concepts put more responsibility ‹ and financial risk ‹ squarely on the shoulders of employees ‹ a new and scary role for most. The shifting political and economic landscape suggests more change to come. And look who is in the middle of the field: You.
Are you ready?
Join us at NEEBC's 2008 Annual Benefits Fair and Trade Show, where the focus will be on providing you the tools and resources you need to help lead your organization through the uncertainty that characterizes today's benefits world. Learn about the economic implications of new health care and retirement strategies ‹ for both employers and employees alike. Gain insight that can help you turn best practices into the best fit for your organization. Share ideas and experiences with others also intent on winning the benefits game.
