The New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) was founded in 1979 to promote discussion, networking, and informational exchange among the region's employee benefits practitioners. Since that time the organization has grown to 1,350 members representing both purchasers and providers of benefits services and products. NEEBC remains committed to providing high quality benefits-related education while fostering sound procedures, principles and practices in all areas of our industry. NEEBC's 16th annual Best Practices Conference, a highlight of the New England benefits community taking place on Wednesday, December 3, 2014, honors and celebrates New England's Best Benefit Practices of the year. We're counting on our members to assist in the selection process by submitting their company's or client's best benefit practice for consideration by the planning committee. Retirement, Health and Welfare, Work-Life, Wellness, Technology, Communications - whatever the initiative, if you feel your benefits department has a winner, we'd like to know about it!
