From tax-favored plans, including 401(k), cash balance and other forms of qualified plans, to arrangements for nonprofits (such as 403(b) and 457(b)), plus to nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements for your executives and other higher paid employees, this program will cover:

• Controlled group issues,
• Key nondiscrimination testing concepts,
• The lurking risks of Internal Revenue Code Section 409A, ERISA fiduciary, and
• Prohibited transaction issues. 

Plus, using aggregated organizational data, a complete view of trends and developments across the retirement landscape will be shared with a goal for participants to become familiar with employee savings behaviors and retirement plan design trends.
