Established in 2024, the NextGen Cohort is a community for earlier-in-career (i.e., intended for those who are 40 and under) NEEBC professionals looking to expand their networks and explore together the benefits industry. 

Throughout the year, NextGen Cohort members will have opportunities engage, learn and grow their networks during in-person events.
