Join NextGen Cohort

Established in 2024, the NextGen Cohort is a community for earlier-in-career (i.e., intended for those who are 40 and under) NEEBC members looking to expand their networks and explore together the benefits industry. 

Throughout the year, NextGen Cohort members will have opportunities to learn and engage during in-person events and interactive discussions on benefits and total rewards.
